[chirp_users] New Daily Build

I’m getting the same thing.

The file tk8180.py appears to be a new file added for this version.

… and by-the-way Fred, I package fedora 30 rpms for the chirp-daily builds. It’s automated (unless a build error occurs, like today) and is usually available shortly after the e-mail notice of a new build comes out:
http://n0so.net/fileadmin/ham/apps/rpm/fedora/30/noarch/ <http://n0so.net/fileadmin/ham/apps/rpm/fedora/30/noarch/>
