[chirp_users] Possibly Bad USB to radio cable

Tom, I have Ubuntu Linux, and just posted about what I THINK must be a
cable problem. I have used generic fake Prolific cables before successfully
but this one, labelled "TYT" does not get recognized by CHIRP.
