Use the standard USA/CDN download page.  For other countries there are different repeater offsets and transmit rules.  In the UK/EU all repeaters & simplex 6m/2m/70cm/23cm are in Narrow Band FM mode only.  Different band allocations as well.

I have seen a couple of "issues" regarding the Canadian Postal code "country ID" ?problem when trying to download. ?Could you let me know if there is a work-around for the problem that I could try.
