[chirp_users] Programming Wouxun KG-UV2D

Hm ..

i have reboot .. but this will not work .. with my usb cable i think :(
the original Driver is from my cable .. the CH340 the Prolific driver 
will not work ..
and sorry my english is not so perfect to understand all your words
