[chirp_users] Programming Wouxun KG-UV2D

Try this driver, it is the old one. Does it work?

If not, reboot and update driver so we can see what driver you are using.

If you could show us the name and version date of the ORIGINAL driver, it
would help.

We are missing that info.

Hopefully you will have tried the old Prolific driver and now CHIRP will
work.
