Marcus,

I don't speak German either!

Try both drivers.  You show one that has a mark on your cable in Device
Manager, try this first, then update the Driver.

Usually the problem is that when the Driver is updated, the fake
counterfeit chips stop working but they work on the old driver.

See if you can borrow someone else's cable who lives near you.  That's
often the answer to all problems.

I did exactly that and found my problems were caused by my own errors!  How
embarrassing because at one time I was actually good at this stuff.
