Hi Sam,

The UV-F10 is most likely already supported. It looks to be just
another variant of the many so-called "waterproof" models (same radio,
different model name on the badge). Give one of the following a try...

Baofeng BF-A58, UV-82WP, GT-3WP
Retevis RT6
