[chirp_users] Problems with Baofeng GT-1 and beatshift(scramble) option

Ernesto,

Not all of the Baofeng BF-888s radios (which the Baofeng GT-1 is a
variant of) have the scramble feature. CHIRP and the factory software
can only enable scramble when the radio has that capability available.
Your GT-1 apparently doesn't have it.
