[chirp_users] Chirp software installation issue

Good afternoon
Just downloaded the Windows -chirp-daily-20190412-installer.exe file
When I run it to install, it gives me an error:
*Can't initialize plug-ins directory.*

Running on Windows 10 and system x64

Any advice please?
