[chirp_users] Baofeng Programming Cables - Solved

I already have the BTECH FTDI cable, thanks Bryan.  And I've never had a 
problem with the drivers that Windows Update provides for the FTDI 
chipset on Windows 10.

I'm just offering Microsoft's "driver rollback prevention solution" 
(below) for whomever might want it, for whatever device.  It's a way to 
prevent driver updates for specific devices, as opposed to preventing 
all updates for all devices, or disabling Windows Update entirely (which 
is not a good idea).
