Hi,
That number is different everywhere, and that number only refers to repeater towers.  You can tune anywhere you want to communicate to another radio, so radio to radio, there are thousands of possibilities, as long as you aren't interfering with a repeater.
But for the answer you are looking for, I recommend going to radioreference.com and putting in your zip code and you will find the repeaters in your area for those bands.
