[chirp_users] Programming a Baofeng

That's what everybody does.

Download from your radio.

Save

Treat the resultant display as a spreadsheet. You can copy/cut/paste/insert row/delete row/move row up or down/do same with multiple rows to your heart's content.

Do not leave and empty cells in an otherwise used row.

Save under a different name.

Upload to radio.
