[chirp_users] Programming a Baofeng

[stickboy72 C]

My radio is a Baofeng F8HP.
I want to be able to edit the list in chirp and add frequencies manually
before i send the list to my radio. I can program my radio manually without
chirp, but if I have my radio connected to my pc with chirp open, then why
not add frequencies there?
