[chirp_users] No communication

It’s a Yaesu cable.  It’s worked for years with this unit. 

Only thing new is the Dell PC, oh yeah and the new version of Chirp.

I’ve just tested the radio with a headset so I know the jack is good.

What brand of cable does device manager show?  If Prolific, roll your driver back to 3.2.0.0.

Sometime Chirp will show multiple com ports. Especially if you move the cable around to different USB ports.

Same cable

New Dell PC

 

Chirp and Ft60r will not communicate.   Tried all the physical usb ports and numbered ports.   Com port recognizes the cable.
