[chirp_users] Anytone AT-D878UV

I run it all under Wine on my Linux laptop. Does just fine. I have a
anytone that I carry with me
all over  the place.

Both the CPS and Contact Manager work just fine.

Sure wish some of those folks would look at doing that stuff in Python.
Sure be nice not to
have to run it in Wine. But at least I have it all under one OS roof, along
with Chirp.
