[chirp_users] Chirp; Baofeng BF-F8HP not programming correctly

I have a new Baofeng BF-F8HP which isn't programming correctly. In the 
new radio the channel NAMES aren't being programmed, everything else 
seems to work...  This is an improvement over the last version, which 
said INCORRECT VERSION.. when I tried to read the information from the 
radio.... Downloaded the new version today ...
