[chirp_users] Using Chirp to set up FT-60 for satellite comm

Hi all,

I know that satellite communications works best with two radios operating duplex, but I also learned that sat comm can be accomplished using a Yaesu FT-60.
Is there a way that Chirp can be used to set up the VHF uplink and UHF downlink? Or can anyone guide me in the right direction for tutorial or instruction?
