[chirp_users] Is repeaterbook import broken?

Was entering the 40+ Travis County, TX repeaters by hand from
repeaterbook, and happened to discover that Chirp supports import.
Unfortunately, when I use the political region import feature, select
Texas, Travis County, 2M band, I get a bunch of channels with no data
and the frequency set to 0.00. Am I doing this incorrectly or is the
feature no longer working?
