[chirp_users] FT 857D

Follow this:

If the cable serial com port is setup right then do this.

The very first thing you need to do is make your 857D.img file with chirp.
You can't "send" anything till you do this.

Start Chirp and you should have nothing loaded, a blank screen.
Should look like this:
Then plug in your radio. With my Baofeng I plug it in turned off then turn
on.
Click on Radio / Download from radio.
If you get that far let me know.
