[chirp_users] More communications problems

as to refresh you in case,

hold f/w and turn radio on.

on destination radio indeed, press v/m and wait will apprear, send from 
chirp now.

you prolly know this but occasionaly it easy to forget or press  band which 
is to read not rx data..
