[chirp_users] Which radio?

BF-F8HP or BF-F9V2+ if it's gotta be chirp compatible. I don't think there
is a rugged Chirp compatible baofeng yet, but the TYT MD-2017 with third
party firmware is probably the cheapest dual band rugged analog capable
radio that I can think of. It's not compatible with chirp, and the
programming is a little sketchy through the front of the radio, but it
appears to be a great deal at 160USD.
