[chirp_users] Norton Won't Allow Newest Daily Build to Load

Ahh, the fun of dealing with Norton and it's ilk.  Sounds like you need to
turn
off Norton while you are installing Chirp. I would do this, I would
download the
live CD image and run it in a virtual machine thereby circumventing all of
that.
