directly to the tree yesterday, and may include additional features,

[Rhett Robinson <rrhett at gmail.com>] Update IC-2730 driver to swap which byte is considered DTCS.

I sniffed the traffic the official software sends to the radio, and it only
changes the second byte, so that seems to be where dtcs is stored.
