[chirp_users] Linux PPA problem?

It seems that the entire Ubuntu Launchpad build computer farm is
undergoing kernel patching for the recent Spectre and Meltdown Intel
(and a few others) CPU problems.

Other project groups have said.

Sit tight and await the inevitable flood of updates once that lot is done.
