[chirp_users] TYT DMR Radios

As a regular Chirp user and also a Linux user, support of the DMR
transceivers would be welcome. I have to keep an old XP machine around for
the DMR software. With chirp I could also share my analog UHF repeater
channels with the the DMR unit.
