You don't choose columns. You choose complete rows. Then after
choosing [Properties] it is in the Memory Properties editor that you
choose the column(s) that you wish to modify with common settings.

The commands are the same as in Excel (Click, Ctrl-Click, Shift-Click, etc.)
Click a memory row to select a single memory and then press Ctrl-A to
select all memory rows.
