[chirp_users] Chirp Live CD won't boot

Some computers you can tap a key like the space bar and it will cause it to boot from CD.
Otherwise, a boot menu like holding F12 will offer booting from CD/DVD.
But typically it is set to boot from disk by default.

So, sometimes you have to get in the bios of the computer to tell it to boot from cd instead of your hard drive.

Can you boot from a windows installation dvd for example?

    It should not matter.
It is booting up to Linux if it is one of the ISOs that do that, you should have booted up to the operating system with Chirp pre-installed.
Did you actually burn the ISO, or did you simply copy the ISO file onto a disk?

I am unable to get Live CD to boot my laptop which has Windows 8.1 for the operating system.

Does anyone have any idea why this is???? I made the cd with the laptop.
