[chirp_users] Error uploading to radio Baofeng BF-888S

As far as I know you can't import from stock config.

You can open a stock config, then copy and paste to your cloned file. If
that's what you meant by "Selected only PMR from 1 to 16, and used those
numbers accordingly.", then I have no answer.

But you have to upload to radio your edited cloned file only.
