[chirp_users] Change multiple skips

The same way you change other settings on multiple channels at once.
Select all the channels using Shift+left click or Ctrl+left.
Then right click and select "properties", select the "Skip" check box 
and then enable or disable Skip in the dropdown list.
Then click OK to save the changes.
