[chirp_users] Cannot connect UV-5RA with Mac

Hello Wait 


In the past a lot of people trying to program the the Baofeng for get to put the radio in VFO mode and turn the volume along way up
I use a Mac and did not install a driver and the Mac found the USB port I have plugged in

I did get the use not showing on my Mac once  so I rebooted the system and it came up
