[chirp_users] More Wouxum KG-UV8D (plus) Programming

OK, I was even more stumped!!
Building and etc... I tried a couple of Chirp versions...
The UV8D & UV8D plus are DIFFERENT radios.
Took a bit of searching, but there is programming software on the Wouxom 
site!
