[chirp_users] chirp_users Digest, Vol 101, Issue 12

I have two laptops; both DELL. One is W-7, the other: W-10. CHIRP &
Baofengs program nicely on the W-7; not the W-10, 'tho I'm not surprised.

Thoughts?
