[chirp_users] CHIRP VHF / UHF band "low / high" band limits ?

Specs of the QYT 8900D has the upper band limit at 480Mhz.
Suggest you follow Jim's suggestion and use the BTech radio.

I do not even know if it is possible to change the upper limit. The radio's
internal filters may preclude it even if the desired frequency can be
entered. And if it isn't, he can consider getting a BTech radio which can,
and CHIRP will program, out-of-the-box.
