If Device Manager shows your cable to be a Prolific, roll back your driver
to 22.214.171.124. If that doesn't work, go to KC8UNJ.com, download the FT-60
Commander software, and use the Alternate Write Method.

Message sent through sub space hailing frequencies using the Universal

I’m trying to download from a new Yeasu FT-60R. It has two frequencies
saved in memory. When the download (Tx) begins I receive the error message:
Failed to communicate with radio: Reading block 0 was short (0). I’ve
repeated the procedure several times. Each time I receive the same message
but the block number and short number change. Is there a fix for this error?
