In the footer of every email you've received and replied to have been 
the instructions on how to unsubscribe from this list.

Simply responding to each message with "Unsubscribe" will not work, nor 
will it endear you to the many members of the list, none of whom can do 
this for you.

The following section is in the footer of each email you receive.  All 
you have to do is send an email from your listed email address (which is 
shown in the footer) to the unsubscribe address shown in the footer.
