[chirp_users] Baofeng UV-5R

Ok about the NFM and FM I was only pointing out the off set’s I should have cut that part off 
when I first set up the radio I did set the offset first then the Duplex only to see that the offset I has set was cleared to 0.0000000
could this be what what happened its easy to over look it
