What is the FCC ID on the label?
An RCA XYH-BR250U1 is the same as an HYT XYH-BR250U1
You can look up both FCC IDs on the FCC OET search page or fccid.io and 
find RCA's change request, pictures, user manuals and other information 
but probably nothing about programming unless it happens to be in the 
user manual.
