[chirp_users] Baofeng UV-5R

I ordered two usb to ttl adapters from Ebay for 4$ shipped. They took a
while to get here, but they work, and were very cheap. you can also get a
max232 chip for free from the manufacturer. They sent me 4 I think, all I
did was email and ask them.
