[chirp_users] Copying between the Kenwood F6A and V71A

I readed, that my PL2303 XA/HXA chip

_....Compatible with Windows 10 _(PL2303HXA/XA are not supported)...

with latest version do not work. After I download Prolific usb to serial 
comm port version 3.2.00 (31.07.2007)

and working with Chirp is OK

> Great idea. I will give this a try at next opportunity. My "problem" was having 2 radios "connected" at the same time, because I have only 1 USB cable. But the radios are "hot-swappable", I have discovered, so this may do the trick. I'll save this thread and update w results.
