[chirp_users] ok how do i fix this program i run my radio on com port 4 you software only goes to com 3

You can change the Com port in windows, or chirp. I'm not sure why you're
having trouble, is come not available? I would go into device manager, find
the adaptor for the radio, and change the port to whatever one you want to
use.
