[chirp_users] Can't program BF-888s

Hi Ed,
  I programmed the UV5R, but I had issues as well.  The programming cable I
bought wasn't one actually manufactured by Baofeng.  As a result, I had a
really difficult time getting the correct drivers installed for the USB
chipset they used.  Have you verified the USB drivers are correct?
