[chirp_users] Chirp and Baofeng radios

Patrick,
We have over 20 radios, multiple vintages/variations of UV5R's in our
group. As Jim stated, I had to download every single radio, save as v.0
under that owners name, modify the contents to what was needed, save as v.1
and upload that to the radio. Lots of files, but the only way to get all
working.

I tried that too and still would not work? it works on other types of
radios, like a KY8900 .
