[chirp_users] Off Track.

I believe this to be a program (CHIRP) issue. I see no point in changing
the functioning of my system for the one ³odd ball² issue.

But I thank you for your response.

I would be curious to find out if there are any other Mac(PC?) users out
there with the same problem. I did not have this issue on earlier editions
of CHIRP. Could not tell you when it actually started appearing, sadly.
