If you have one of the new radios with 3 power levels that Baofeng is
shipping with HN5RV01 style firmware, a firmware that for the last 2
or so years has been a firmware for radios with 2 power levels, then
CHIRP detects the radios as being a radio with 2 power levels so you
have to choose UV-5R.
