[chirp_users] Dongles ?

I think what you are referring to is a PV4 mini which turns your laptop
into a wifi hot spot.
This is used with DMR (digital mobile radio). This is fairly new and there
isn't a lot of info around telling how to make it work.
This allows transmitting over the internet.
It probably should be directed to a dmr group.
