[chirp_users] Baojie BJ-UV55 Power Settings

Hi,  I read somewhere that CHIRP allows user-control of the  Low power
settings on the Baojie BJ-UV55 dual band 50W mobile radio.   I would be
interested in learning more - which build, etc?   I do not see this option
in the current daily build.    thank you  Joe
