[chirp_users] Yaesu FT-8800

Found an issue with CHIRP and the 8800. The radio has a left side and right side with 512 memories on each side, but the program only gives access to 500 each side. You cannot change the other 12 memories each. Can this be corrected? I have tried to update the range of memories, it doesn’t work.
