[chirp_users] Unable to write csv file

Did you search for the exact file name, or did you just search for *.CSV?
I've found that if you are exact, you may not get the file name correct.
I would go directly to that folder and look for any file.

In windows, you can specify a location...which I did.  Then, I used the windows search tool to "find" the file...the OS reported the file was in c:\uv5  But, there is no file in that folder....chip and windows think the file exisits, but it doesn't seem to be there.
