155.160 is the frequency for the National Association for Search and Rescue, and although the majority of the States use that frequency, not all do. Oregon's main SAR frequency is 155.805. My SAR team is licensed for 155.160 and a couple others, plus uses several ham repeaters, all with licensed operators, of course.
