[chirp_users] putting frequencies

Looks like if I press the space bar on a field, I can enter data.
And press enter when I'm done.

Glenn,
It is because you haven't clicked into the frequency field (or any
other field) yet. So CHIRP thinks you are wanting to jump to the
channel that corresponds to the first digits that you are typing in.
